taken from Marks Daily Apple
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg
- 1-2 heaping teaspoons almond butter
- Mix all ingredients together
- melt 1/2 tsp butter in pan, cook on both sides (I cooked 2 pancakes at once, the recipe made 6 – I made them about 3″ in diameter)
- serve with butter or a little syrup (i will in no way admit that i used syrup, but if i WERE to use it, it would probably be delicious..)
If you use the entire recipe, it comes to 600 calories, 53 g carbs. I only ate half and was full until lunch! And these things are delicious!
