Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk + 3 tbsp (to thin it out if it’s too thick)
  • 1 cup ice
  • a few drops coconut extract
  • 1 packet splenda
