Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Coffee Smoothie with Spinach and Fiber

  • 1 packet instant coffee (Nescafe)
  • 2 tsp fiber powder (Target brand)
  • 1 heaping tsp peanut butter (skippy natural)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use pure protein brand)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Blue Diamond)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 cup ice

This smoothie was delicious and creamy. I think I will add 1/4 of an avocado (60 calories) and 1tbps chia seeds (60 calories) next time if I have the extra calories in my day. I was trying to keep my lunch trim today!
