Pancake Smoothie

My husband told me this smoothie tastes like “a liquid pancake”, followed by “but that’s a good thing!”

  • 1 scoop french vanilla whey protein
  • 1 packet instant coffee
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk (from a can)
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk (refrigerated)
  • 1 packet Splenda
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

I was just attempting to make a filling smoothie, mixing things I thought might taste good together. This comes out to be ~485 calories, 22 g carbs.
