PB Banana Protein Smoothie


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop french vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 serving fiber powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 packet instant coffee
  • 1 cup ice

370 calories // 29 g carbs

Two of my most favorite things on this new low sugar, low carb adventure have been fiber & protein. This French Vanilla Designer Whey protein powder is one of my favorites!! I’ve used both of these in most smoothies & am in love!

Fiber & Protein — two things I cannot live without!
