Vanilla Cherry Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

I totally tried to make my photo look as baller as ThatMomBlog did, but failed. I’m a work in progress when it comes to photos!


  • 6 oz vanilla nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup tart cherry juice + a splash if needed to get things moving – optional – I have it at home and want to use it up so in it goes!
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup ice

Nutrition (w/ tart cherry juice)

414 calories //  9 g fat // 0 mg cholesterol // 257 mg sodium // 285 mg potassium

62 g carbs // 10 g fiber // 38 g sugar // 23 g protein

  1. Your welcome!! Isn’t it good? I find that my Magic Bullet Blender does a good job at taking away the grainyness, but my other one doesn’t 🙂

    Now I think I will go make one for breakfast!
